He was born in
Buenos Aires (1950). He graduated in architecture
at the National University of Buenos Aires, Faculty of Architecture and
Urban Development (1968-1973 ). He carried
out several postgraduate studies and at the same time started his professional
career, amidst wich we have the Israeli Institute of Technology, College
of Architecture, Haifa-Ministry of Housing,Nazareth Israel (1974-1975), Pennylvania University, the Schanelbach-Braun Parthership, urban
lnadscape architecture ecologist-designers, Philadelphia, EEUU (1976). Polytechnic University of Madrid, Technical School of Architecture
of Madrid; School of Local Administration; Program of United Nations for
the Environment, PNUMA-CIFCA (1977-1978 ).
University College London. Bartlett School of Architecture and Planning.
London (1979 ). He is compiling the book
called "Espacios Naturales de la Provincia de Alicante" (Natural
Spaces for the Province of Alicante) for the Official School of Architects
of the Autonomous Region of Valencia with Efigenio Giménez García (1980). Technical Degree in Urban Planning,
specialising in Urban Design, School of Local Administration, I.E.A.L.
Madrid (1985). At present hi is preparing
his doctoral thesis of Architecture of Torrevieja.
At the beginning of this year and at national level in the International Tourism Trade-fair FITUR 99 in Madrid, he obtained the first prize, shared with the pavilion of the Autonomous Region of Valencia, for the Stand of Torrevieja in this fair.
Amongst his works we can higlight at the start of his carrier: Project for 1196 homes in Kriat Shmona, Israel (1975). Project of New Doha Hotel and Conference Centre, New Doha, Qatar, elaborated in the United States (1976 ) and in the last few years Hotel Torrejoven with Anselmo Alonso Jorreto (1987), Pedestrian Street "Torrevejentes Ausentes" (1988 ), Arutro Gómez Square (1989 ), Plaza Waldo Calero Square (1990 ), Band Stand (1991); Socio-Cultural Centre and Museum of Holy Week (1992 ), Centre for Special Education ALPE (1992-1993), Residential Complex for 226 homes, Cabo Cervera, with Miguel Angel Villar Paya (1994 ), Municipal Archives,(1995), Sport Centre and heated Olympic size Swiming-pool, (1996), all of them in torrevieja. Doña Rosa Old People's Home, Alicante (1997 ). Municipal Eco-park, in Torrevieja (1998 ). Project Stand for Torrevieja in Fitur, Madrid (1999 ).
